We are a healthy meal prepping service designed to help you reach your dietary goals. We offer three different plans, you choose which plan best fits you and how many meals a day you wish to get.

We pride ourselves in providing fresh nutrient dense meals that have the right macronutrient balance and taste great. Our meals are made fresh from real foods, individually packed, chilled and delivered to your home or office. Our deliveries are done once a week, so that you will never miss a meal.

We've design the perfect combinations of foods to give you the best meal possible. Our meals are guaranteed to taste great and keep you fueled throughout the day. Yes, we try our best to work around any dietary restrictions you may have.

We try our best to cater to any minor dietary restrictions and dislikes. Vesta's Kitchen reserves the right to decline service to any customers with restrictions we feel that are unable to be catered to.

We try our best to not repeat the same items for at least 1 month.

We’d love to get your meal plan started as soon as possible! Since all of our meals are prepared fresh, we do have a weekly deadline. Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 8:00 PM to begin receiving meals the following Sunday.

Deliveries will happen once a week. Our weeks start on Monday so on Sunday you are going to receive a week worth of meals. Deliveries take place between 8am- 4pm.

If you reside in a gated community, please advise the security guard to allow deliveries from Vesta's Kitchen Team. If we are not able to enter your community, for any reason, meals will be delivered the following delivery day.

You can make any changes to your subscription. To be able to apply it for the following week you must let us know by the deadline day (Wednesday) before 8:00pm.

In order for you to cancel/suspend your subscription you must contact us to hello@vestaskitchens.com and we will take care of it. Deadline for cancellations/suspension is Wednesday 8pm. If for any reason you contact us after this time, your cancellation will take place the following week.
