This is the menu for the following week

07/15- 07/19

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY
  • BREAKFAST: QUESADILLA (SCRAMBLED EGGS, MOZZARELLA, BACON, SPINACH ALL BAKED IN A FLOUR TORTILLA WITH A SIDE OF BANG BANG SAUCE).

  • LUNCH: TERIYAKI STEAK, MASHED POTATOES AND ROASTED TOMATOES.

  • DINNER: GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST, BASMATI RICE, ASPARAGUS AND A SIDE OF CAJUN DIPPING SAUCE.

TUESDAY
  • BREAKFAST: NEW- PROTEIN PANCAKES,WHOLE EGGS AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JAM.

  • LUNCH: ITALIAN CHICKEN BREAST, SPINACH, RIGATONI PASTA AND TOMATO SAUCE.

  • DINNER: TACO TUESDAY (FLOUR TORTILLAS, SHRIMPS, PICKLED RED CABBAGE AND A SIDE OF VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE).

WEDNESDAY
  • BREAKFAST: ALMOND JOY PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS.

  • LUNCH: NEW- BAKED SALMON, BOILED POTATOES, PEAS, TOMATOES AND A SIDE OF CREAMY HORSERADISH DILL SAUCE.

  • DINNER: CHICKEN PICCATA (BAKED LIGHTLY BREADED CHICKEN BREAST TOPPED WITH A CREAMY LEMONY SAUCE WITH ANGEL HAIR PASTA).

THURSDAY
  • BREAKFAST: FRENCH TOAST, CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP.

  • LUNCH: JERK CHICKEN BREAST, BAKED SWEET POTATO, GREEN BEANS AND A SIDE OF HOMEMADE GARLIC SAUCE.

  • DINNER: BEEF BURRITO BOWL (93% GROUND BEEF, BASMATI RICE, ROASTED CORN, BLACK BEANS, TOMATOES AND A SIDE OF CILANTRO LIME SAUCE).

FRIDAY
  • BREAKFAST: NEW- STEAK QUESADILLAS (GRILLED STEAK, RED ONIONS, MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND A SIDE OF HOMEMADE RANCHERO SAUCE).

  • LUNCH: SPAGHETTI TURKEY BOLOGNESE.

  • DINNER: GRILLED HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN THIGHS, BASMATI RICE, ROASTED TOMATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

Deadline for ordering is Thursday to be able to receive meals that following week.
