BREAKFAST: CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT OATS, NUT BUTTER, CHIA SEEDS AND FRUITS.

LUNCH: SALMON, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

DINNER: BEEF ROPA VIEJA, SWEET PLANTAINS AND A SIDE OF BROCCOLI.

BREAKFAST: OATMEAL WAFFLES, MAPLE BACON AND FRIED EGGS.

 

LUNCH: ORANGE CHICKEN, PEARL COUSCOUS AND GREAN BEANS.

DINNER: CHICKEN ÉTOUFFÉE, BROWN RICE AND ASPARAGUS.

BREAKFAST: APPLE COBBLER MUFFINS, CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND A SIDE OF FRUITS. 

LUNCH: SRIRACHA CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND GREEN BEANS. 

DINNER: CHICKEN FRIED RICE AND A SIDE OF BROCCOLI.   

BREAKFAST: SWEET POTATO AREPA, "FRIED" EGGS, BERRIES AND A SIDE OF GHEE. 

LUNCH: HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN AND VEGGIE RICE.

DINNER: SWEET AND SPICY BEEF, BROWN RICE AND SAUTÉED RED CABBAGE.  

BREAKFAST: CINNAMON PANCAKES, VEGGIE SCRAMBLED EGGS AND A SIDE OF PEANUT BUTTER.

LUNCH: CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, WHITE RICE AND A SIDE OF SAUTÉED BELL PEPPERS.

DINNER: PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST, WHITE RICE AND GREEN BEANS.
