This is the menu for the following week

05/23- 05/27.

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: BANANA BREAD, CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF FRUITS.

LUNCH: BAKED SALMON, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

DINNER: CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI-PESTO BOW TIES.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: BUTTERMILK PANCAKES, MAPLE BACON AND "FRIED" EGGS.

 

LUNCH: ORANGE CHICKEN, PEARL COUSCOUS AND GREAN BEANS.

DINNER: TERIYAKI CHICKEN THIGHS, WHITE RICE AND ASPARAGUS. 

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: NEW- APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATMEAL.

LUNCH: BEEF ROPA VIEJA, SWEET PLANTAINS AND A SIDE OF BROCCOLI.

DINNER: SRIRACHA CHICKEN, TURMERIC RICE AND GREEN BEANS. 

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: SWEET POTATO AREPA, "FRIED" EGGS, BERRIES AND A SIDE OF GHEE. 

LUNCH: HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND COLESLAW SALAD.

DINNER: SWEET AND SPICY BEEF, BROWN RICE AND ROASTED RED CABBAGE.  

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: BLUEBERRY PANCAKES, FRESH FRUITS AND A SIDE OF HONEY.

LUNCH: CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, WHITE RICE AND A SIDE OF SAUTÉED BELL PEPPERS.

DINNER: CHILI, WHITE RICE AND A SIDE OF BROCCOLI.
