This is the menu for the following week

04/22- 04/26

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY
  • BREAKFAST: BREAKFAST QUESADILLA (SCRAMBLED EGGS, MOZZARELLA, TURKEY BACON, SPINACH ALL BAKED IN A FLOUR TORTILLA WITH A SIDE OF OUR BANG BANG SAUCE).

  • LUNCH: TERIYAKI STEAK, MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

  • DINNER: GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST, BASMATI RICE, ASPARAGUS AND A SIDE OF CAJUN DIPPING SAUCE.

TUESDAY
  • BREAKFAST: NEW- STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE PROTEIN PANCAKES,TURKEY SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JAM.

  • LUNCH: NEW- ITALIAN CHICKEN BREAST, SPINACH, RIGATONI PASTA AND TOMATO SAUCE.

  • DINNER: TACO TUESDAY (FLOUR TORTILLAS, SHRIMPS, PICKLED RED CABBAGE AND A SIDE OF VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE).

WEDNESDAY
  • BREAKFAST: ALMOND JOY PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS.

  • LUNCH: NEW- KOREAN SALMON RICE BOWL (BAKED SALMON, BASMATI RICE, CUCUMBERS AND A SIDE OF BANG BANG SAUCE).

  • DINNER: ORANGE CHICKEN, PEARL COUSCOUS AND GREEN BEANS.

THURSDAY
  • BREAKFAST: FRENCH TOAST, EGG WHITES, TURKEY SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP.

  • LUNCH: JERK CHICKEN BREAST, BAKED SWEET POTATO, GREEN BEANS AND A SIDE OF HOMEMADE GARLIC SAUCE.

  • DINNER: BEEF BURRITO BOWL (93% GROUND BEEF, BASMATI RICE, ROASTED CORN, BLACK BEANS AND A SIDE OF CILANTRO LIME SAUCE).

FRIDAY
  • BREAKFAST: NEW- CHICKEN AND WAFFLES (BAKED CHICKEN NUGGETS, WAFFLES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP).

  • LUNCH: GROUND TURKEY BOLOGNESE, PENNE PASTA AND BROCCOLI.

  • DINNER: GRILLED HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN THIGHS, BASMATI RICE, ROASTED TOMATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

Deadline for ordering is Thursday to be able to receive meals that following week.
