BREAKFAST: WAFFLES, "FRIED" CHICKEN AND FRUIT SIDE.

LUNCH: KETO HAMBURGER (KETO ROLLS, SPICY PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS, RED CABBAGE, FETA CHEESE AND A SIDE OF BANG BANG SAUCE).

DINNER: RED CURRY CHICKEN BREAST, COCONUT WHITE RICE AND BROCCOLI.

BREAKFAST: PISTACHIO OVERNIGHT OATMEAL, PEANUT BUTTER, NUTS AND FRUITS.

LUNCH: CREAMY CHICKEN THIGHS, PEARL COUSCOUS AND ASPARAGUS.

 

DINNER: NEW- TACO TUESDAY (HOMEMADE TORTILLAS, SALMON, PICKLED RED CABBAGE, CORN AND A SIDE OF BANG BANG SAUCE).

BREAKFAST: NEW- TRIPLE CHOCOLATE PANCAKES, CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF FRUIT.

LUNCH: BEEF PEPPER STEAK, WHITE RICE AND GREEN BEANS. 

DINNER: KOREAN INSPIRED PULLED CHICKEN, BROWN RICE AND BROCCOLI.

BREAKFAST: CINNAMON PROTEIN MUFFINS, CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND FRUIT SIDE.

LUNCH: SPICY ASIAN TURKEY BALLS, WHITE RICE AND GREEN BEANS.

DINNER: COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED RED CABBAGE.

BREAKFAST: APPLE PANCAKES, "FRIED" EGGS AND A SIDE OF PEANUT BUTTER.

LUNCH: ALMOND CHICKEN NUGGETS, POTATO TOTS, BROCCOLI AND A SIDE OF VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE. 

DINNER: BBQ CHICKEN TERIYAKI SERVED WITH NOODLES AND CAULIFLOWER.
