This is the menu for the following week

03/04- 03/08

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY
  • BREAKFAST: BREAKFAST BURRITO (FLOUR TORTILLA, SCRAMBLED EGGS, SLICED MOZZARELLA, TURKEY SAUSAGE, SPINACH AND A SIDE OF VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE).

  • LUNCH: NEW- COCONUT CURRY SALMON, BASMATI RICE AND BROCCOLI.

  • DINNER: NEW- BBQ CHICKEN BREAST WITH MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

TUESDAY
  • BREAKFAST: CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN PANCAKES, TURKEY SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP.

  • LUNCH: BAKED ORANGE CHICKEN, PEARL COUSCOUS AND GREAN BEANS.

  • DINNER: NEW- BEEF TERIYAKI RICE BOWL.

WEDNESDAY
  • BREAKFAST: KEY LIME PIE OVERNIGHT OATS.

  • LUNCH: BEEF ROPA VIEJA, SWEET PLANTAINS, JASMINE RICE AND A SIDE OF BROCCOLI.

  • DINNER: CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN, BELL PEPPER RICE AND HONEY GLAZED CARROTS.

THURSDAY
  • BREAKFAST: SWEET POTATO AREPA, SCRAMBLED EGGS, FETA CHEESE AND A SIDE OF GARLIC SAUCE.

  • LUNCH: SHRIMPS, BASMATI RICE, ASPARAGUS AND A SIDE OF OUR CILANTRO LIME SAUCE.

  • DINNER: TERIYAKI CHICKEN THIGHS, BROWN RICE AND BROCCOLI.

FRIDAY
  • BREAKFAST: NEW- BLUEBERRY PANCAKES, SUGAR FREE SYRUP AND A SIDE OF GREEK YOGURT.

  • LUNCH: NEW- ASIAN GLAZED TURKEY MEATBALLS, PEARL COUSCOUS AND A SIDE OF BROCCOLL.

  • DINNER: (MILD) HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN, BASMATI RICE AND COLESLAW SALAD.

Deadline for ordering is Saturday to be able to receive meals that following week.
