This is the menu for the following week

09/25- 09/29

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: BANANA CHAI PROTEIN OATMEAL.

LUNCH: BAKED CHICKEN BREAST, PEARL COUSCOUS, BROCCOLI AND A SIDE OF VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE. 

DINNER: NEW- STEAK AND POTATOES (ANGUS STEAK, BAKED RED POTATOES, BROCCOLI AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE KETCHUP).

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: PISTACHIO PROTEIN PANCAKES SERVED WITH BLUEBERRIES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP.

LUNCH: TACO TUESDAY! (FLOUR TORTILLA, CHICKEN BREAST WITH PICO DE GALLO AND BANG BANG SAUCE).

DINNER: NEW- BAKED SALMON, COCONUT WHITE RICE AND ASPARAGUS.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: NEW- CAGE FREE EGGS, TURKEY BACON AND A SLICE OF WHOLE GRAIN BREAD. 

LUNCH: CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE RICE WITH BROCCOLI.

DINNER: NEW- TURKEY MEATBALLS TOPPED WITH HOMEMADE MARINARA, WHOLE WHEAT PASTA AND GREEN BEANS.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: OMELETTE LOADED POTATO SERVED WITH VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE AND A SIDE OF FRUIT.

LUNCH: TURKEY CHILI, MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

DINNER: MANGO CHUTNEY CHICKEN, JASMINE RICE AND GREEN BEANS.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: NEW- CHOCOLATE PROTEIN DONUTS.

LUNCH: NEW- GRILLED SHRIMP, JASMINE RICE, ASPARAGUS WITH A SIDE OF OUR CILANTRO LIME SAUCE.

DINNER: NEW- CAPRESE CHICKEN WRAP (CHICKEN THIGH, BASIL, SLICED MOZZARELLA AND SUNDRIED TOMATOES WRAPPED IN A TOMATO TORTILLA).

Deadline for ordering is Friday 7 pm to be able to receive meals that following week.
