BREAKFAST: CHOCOLATE CHIP WAFFLES, "FRIED" CHICKEN AND FRUIT SIDE.

LUNCH: KETO HAMBURGER (KETO ROLLS, SPICY PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS, RED CABBAGE, FETA CHEESE AND A SIDE OF BANG BANG SAUCE).

DINNER: COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY, WHITE RICE AND BROCCOLI.

BREAKFAST: OVERNIGHT OATMEAL, PEANUT BUTTER, NUTS AND FRUITS.

LUNCH: CREAMY CHICKEN THIGHS, COUSCOUS AND ASPARAGUS. 

DINNER: TACO TUESDAY (HOMEMADE TORTILLAS, STEAK, RED CABBAGE, CORN AND A SIDE OF GREEK YOGURT CHIVE SAUCE).

BREAKFAST: CHOCOLATE PANCAKES, CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND A SIDE OF FRUIT.

LUNCH: BEEF PEPPER STEAK, WHITE RICE AND GREEN BEANS. 

DINNER: SPICY KOREAN INSPIRED PULLED CHICKEN, BROWN RICE AND BROCCOLI.

BREAKFAST: CINNAMON PROTEIN MUFFINS, CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND FRUIT SIDE.

LUNCH: SPICY ASIAN TURKEY BALLS, WHITE RICE AND GREEN BEANS.

DINNER: RED CURRY CHICKEN BREAST, WHITE RICE AND CABBAGE SALAD.

BREAKFAST: APPLE PANCAKES, "FRIED" EGGS AND A SIDE OF PEANUT BUTTER.

LUNCH: ALMOND CHICKEN NUGGETS, SWEET POTATO TOTS, BROCCOLI AND A SIDE OF VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE.

 

DINNER: BBQ CHICKEN TERIYAKI SERVED WITH NOODLES AND CAULIFLOWER.
