BREAKFAST: CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA PANCAKES, CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND A SIDE OF HONEY.

LUNCH: BANG BANG BEEF KETO BURGER (KETO BUNS, SHREDDED BEEF, CABBAGE, FETA CHEESE AND VETA'S BANG BANG SAUCE).

DINNER: CHICKEN QUESADILLA WITH BLACK BEANS, MOZZARELLA CHEESE, BELL PEPPER, CABBAGE, CILANTRO AND A SIDE OF PICO DE GALLO. 

BREAKFAST: VANILLA OVERNIGHT OATS WITH CHIA SEEDS, NUTS AND BERRIES.

LUNCH: STEAK AND BROCCOLI BOWL SERVED WITH WHITE RICE.

DINNER: TURKEY CHILI, GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

BREAKFAST: BREAKFAST QUESADILLA (WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA, EGGS, MOZZARELLA CHEESE, SPINACH AND A SIDE OF FRUITS).

LUNCH: CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE RICE WITH ROASTED BROCCOLI.

DINNER: MANGO CHUTNEY CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED CAULIFLOWER.

BREAKFAST: CHEESY POTATO WAFFLES, "FRIED EGGS" AND A SIDE OF HONEY.

LUNCH: CHICKEN BREAST, BROWN RICE, ROASTED VEGGIES AND A SIDE OF SWEET & SOUR DRESSING.

DINNER: CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STIR-FRY AND PEARL COUSCOUS.

BREAKFAST: CINNAMON CREPES TOPPED WITH NUTS, FRUITS AND STRAWBERRY JAM.

LUNCH: KOREAN BBQ STYLE BEEF, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

DINNER: BEEF PEPPER STEAK, BROWN RICE AND SUGAR SNAP PEAS.
