This is the menu for the following week

11/29 - 12/03.

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: BANANA CHAI OVERNIGHT OATMEAL.

LUNCH: CHILI, GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

DINNER: BANG BANG BEEF KETO BURGER (KETO BUNS, BBQ SHREDDED BEEF, PICKLED RED CABBAGE, FETA CHEESE AND VETA'S BANG BANG SAUCE).

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA PANCAKES, CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF HONEY.

LUNCH: TACO TUESDAY! (COWBOY BRISKET TACOS WITH PICO DE GALLO AND FETA CHEESE).

DINNER: CREAMY TOMATO CHICKEN, PEARL COUSCOUS AND BROCCOLI. 

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: PANCAKE BREAKFAST SANDWICH WITH SAUSAGE, EGG AND A SIDE OF BANG BANG SAUCE.

LUNCH: CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE RICE WITH BROCCOLI.

DINNER: MANGO CHUTNEY CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND CAULIFLOWER.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: OMELETTE LOADED POTATO SERVED WITH VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE AND A SIDE OF FRUIT.

LUNCH: BBQ CHICKEN BREAST, BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO AND BROCCOLI.

DINNER: PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS, WHITE RICE AND ICEBERG WEDGE SALAD.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: NEW- BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS SERVED WITH CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF FRUITS. 

LUNCH: KOREAN BBQ STYLE BEEF, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

DINNER: BEEF PEPPER STEAK, BROWN RICE AND GREEN BEANS.
