This is the menu for the following week

11/27- 12/02.

The menu is always changing every week so you never get the same meals.

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: BANANA CHAI COOKED OATMEAL.

LUNCH: BBQ CHICKEN BREAST, PEARL COUSCOUS AND BROCCOLI. 

DINNER: CHICKEN BURRITO BOWL (CHICKEN THIGH, WHITE RICE, BLACK BEANS, BELL PEPPER, ONIONS AND A SIDE OF CILANTRO SAUCE).

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: BANANA PANCAKES, CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP.

LUNCH: TACO TUESDAY! (CHICKEN BREAST WITH PICO DE GALLO AND BANG BANG SAUCE).

DINNER: CREAMY TOMATO CHICKEN, PEARL COUSCOUS AND BROCCOLI.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: PISTACHIO AND BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATMEAL. 

LUNCH: CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE RICE WITH BROCCOLI.

DINNER: MANGO CHUTNEY CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND CAULIFLOWER.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: OMELETTE LOADED POTATO SERVED WITH VESTA'S BANG BANG SAUCE AND A SIDE OF FRUIT.

LUNCH: CHILI, ROASTED GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS.

DINNER: PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS, WHITE RICE AND ICEBERG WEDGE SALAD.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS SERVED WITH CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND A SIDE OF FRUIT.

 

LUNCH: KOREAN BBQ STYLE BEEF, WHITE RICE AND ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

DINNER: GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN, BROWN RICE AND GREEN BEANS.

Deadline for ordering is Saturday 7 pm to be able to receive meals that following week.
